高警示药品警示标识管理用于医院药品管理的实践效果分析

摘要
目的对高警示药品警示标识管理在医院药品管理中的应用效果进行分析和探讨。方法该院对202例采用高警示药品进行治疗的患者进行分析,患者就诊时间在2016年2月—2018年2月之间。其中,将没有实施高警示药品标识管理的101例患者作为对照组,将实施高警示药品标识管理的101例患者作为实验组,然后对两组患者不良事件发生率、药品配置出错率以及患者用药满意度进行观察和统计。结果实验组通过实施警示标识管理,其患者不良事件发生概率以及药品配置出错率均要低于对照组,分别为1%vs 8%、2%vs 9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,实验组患者用药满意度为98%,而对照组仅为90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院药品管理中应用高警示药品警示标识管理,能够显著降低药品配置出错率和不良事件发生概率,提高患者用药满意度,保证用药效果,因而具有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of high warning drug warning label management in hospital drug management. Methods 202 patients who were treated with high-alert drugs were enrolled. The patient visit time was between February 2016 and February 2018. Among them, 101 patients who did not implement high-alert drug identification management were used as the control group, and 101 patients who performed high-alert drug identification management were used as the experimental group, and then the adverse event rate, drug configuration error rate, and patient medication satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Through the implementation of warning label management, the experimental group had lower probability of adverse events and drug configuration error rate than the control group, which was 1% vs 8%, 2% vs 9%,There was a significant(P<0.05). In addition, the satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was 98%, while that in the control group was only 90%. The difference was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of high warning drug warning label management in hospital drug management can significantly reduce the error rate of drug configuration and the probability of adverse events, improve the satisfaction of patients' medication, and ensure the effect of drug use, so it has high clinical application value.
