关于“智慧西铁”建设实现路径研究

摘要
为深化运输组织改革,推动管理创新,提高服务质量,建设全方位智慧型企业,在阐述中国铁路西安局集团有限公司信息化建设现状的基础上,从建设目标、建设原则和总体框架提出适应走向市场需要的"智慧西铁"建设总体架构分析,最后从加强信息基础建设、加快建设数据平台、促进技术与业务融合、确保网络安全可靠、深化技术创新实践5个方面探讨"智慧西铁"建设实现路径,为建设智能铁路、实施铁路信息化发展战略提供技术路线,为铁路企业改革发展提供不竭动力,不断提升市场竞争力。
To deepen the reform of transportation organization, promote management innovation and improve service quality and build all-round smart enterprises, this paper expounds the current situation of information construction of Xi'an Railway Group Co., Ltd. of China, and puts forward the overall construction plan of intelligent Xi'an railway, which meets the demands of the market from the construction objectives, construction principles and overall framework. Finally, this paper discusses a path of "Smart Xi'an Railway" construction from five aspects: strengthening information infrastructure construction, speeding up the construction of data platform, promoting the integration of technology and business, ensuring the safety and reliability of network, and deepening the practice of technological innovation, so as to provide a technical route for the construction of intelligent railway and the implementation of railway informatization development strategy, an inexhaustible impetus for the reform and development of railway enterprises and continuously improves their market competitiveness.
