摘要
通过结合前人研究及本课题组相关研究成果,从种群生境、繁殖方式和保护开发等方面综述了秦岭地区特有的珍稀濒危植物秦岭石蝴蝶的最新研究状况。重点阐述了分株、扦插和组织培养3种人工无性繁殖技术在秦岭石蝴蝶繁育上的应用,并首次通过人工授粉方式得到了秦岭石蝴蝶种子,经过春化处理后,播种得到大量实生苗,肯定了秦岭石蝴蝶的有性繁殖方式。此外,总结了苗圃基地对人工繁育苗的驯化和仿野生栽培管理技术,可对今后秦岭石蝴蝶的种群保护与开发应用方面研究提供参考依据。
        Based on the previous researches and the relevant research results of our research group, the latest research status of the rare and endangered plants Petrocosmea qinlingensis in Qinling Mountains was reviewed from the aspects of population habitat, breeding modes and protection and development. The application of three artificial asexual propagation techniques, namely, ramification, cuttage and tissue culture, in the breeding of P. qinlingensis was emphatically expounded, and the seeds of P. qinlingensis were obtained by the artificial pollination for the first time. After vernalization, the seeds were planted and lots of seedlings were successfully obtained, so we could affirm the sexual reproduction patterns of P. qinlingensis. In addition, the domestication of artificial breeding seedlings and imitation of wild cultivation management technology in the nursery bases were summarized, which might be used as a reference for future research on the protection and development of the population of P. qinlingensis.
