膀胱挤压排尿法联合传统排尿方法对解除术后尿潴留的效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨膀胱挤压排尿法联合传统排尿方法解除术后尿潴留的效果。方法:选取2016年1-12月笔者所在医院接收的86例术后尿潴留患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(予以传统排尿方法,n=43)与观察组(予以传统诱导法+膀胱挤压排尿法,n=43),比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的67.44%,满意度为95.35%,显著高于对照组的65.12%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组首次排尿时间<20 min、20~40 min患者所占比例为30.23%、58.14%,明显高于对照组的6.98%、13.95%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外科手术后尿潴留患者采取膀胱挤压排尿法联合诱导排尿法治疗,能有效提高排尿效果,解除尿潴留,具有推广价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of bladder squeeze urination combined with traditional urination in the treatment of postoperative uroschesis.Method:From January 2016 to December 2016,86 patients with postoperative uroschesis treated in our hospital were selected as the object,and were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases each.The control group were treated with traditional urination,and the observation group were treated with the method of bladder squeeze urination combined with traditional urination.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(67.44%),the satisfaction rate was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 65.12%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the proportion of patients with the first urination time of less than 20 minutes and 20 to 40 minutes were 30.23% and 58.14%,significantly higher than those in the control group(6.98% and 13.95%,respectively),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After operation,patients with uroschesis are treated with the method of bladder squeeze urination combined with traditional urination,which can effectively improve the voiding effect and relieve uroschesis,which is worthy of popularization.
