摘要
基于GB/T 17657-2013《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法》中干燥器法,以中密度纤维板(MDF)和市售8种甲醛清除剂为研究对象,研究了板材甲醛释放量、甲醛清除剂喷涂量和衰减率测试时间节点对甲醛清除剂清除率和衰减率的影响。结果表明:对MDF甲醛释放量范围在2.06~4.12 mg/L,喷涂量为75±5 g/m~2,测试时间节点为第7天时,甲醛清除率和衰减率两项指标可以较客观准确地评价甲醛清除剂的清除能力。
Based on GB/T 17657-2013,a desiccator method was used to measure formaldehyde release of medium density fiberboards(MDF).Eight kinds of formaldehyde scavengers from market were investigated on their effects of formaldehyde emissions,spray volumes and test durations on clearing rates and attenuation rates of the scavengers.Testing results showed that at(2.06~4.12)mg/L of formaldehyde emissions with(75±5)g/m~2 of spray volume for 7 days of test duration,the clearing rates and attenuation rates could be used to test clearing capacity of formaldehyde scavengers
