摘要
该文采用电渗析装置,对纳滤海水淡化产水二级脱盐过程进行了研究。考察了隔板换向位置对脱盐率、系统能耗的影响。结果表明:在试验范围内,一二段膜对数之比为27∶23时,脱盐效果最佳;脱盐率相同时,一二段膜对数之比为27∶23时,系统能耗最低。
In this paper, an electrodialysis device was used to study the secondary desalting process of nanofiltration seawater desalination. The influence of changeover position of the separator on salt rejection rate and energy consumption of the system was investigated. The results show that desalination effect is best when the ratio of one and two membranes is 27 ∶ 23 in experimental range.When desalination ratio is the same, the ratio of the logarithm of one and two membranes is 27 ∶ 23, energy consumption of the system is the lowest.
