不同品种欧洲卫矛光合特性

摘要
以4个欧洲卫矛品种‘红瀑布’(Euonymus europaea‘Red Cascade’)、‘八仙花’(E.europaea‘Aldenhamensis’)、‘白果’(E.europaea‘Albus’)、‘密枝’(E.europaea‘Pumilis’)2年生嫁接苗为试验材料,对其光合日变化规律、光响应曲线及环境因子进行了测定。结果表明:光合有效辐射(PA,R)是影响4个品种净光合速率(Pn)的主要因子;‘八仙花’与‘密枝’净光合速率(Pn)日变化规律呈"双峰型",具有光合"午休"现象,而其他2个品种的日变化规律均呈"单峰型";4个品种光补偿点(LC,P)均大于40μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1),表现为阳性植物,‘白果’和‘密枝’对光环境的要求较低,可栽植范围广;‘白果’的抗旱能力较差,‘密枝’的抗旱能力较强,这2个品种均表现出较好的光合能力,可作为国内引种栽培的优先选择品种。
        With four 2-a-grafting Euonymus europaea cultivars( E. europaea‘Red Cascade',E. europaea‘Aldenhamensis',E.europaea ‘Albus',and E. europaea‘Pumilis') as test materials,we measured the photosynthesis-related parameters and light response curves of them. Photosynthetically active radiation( PA,R) was the key limiting factors affecting photosynthetic capacity of four cultivars. The diurnal variation of E. europaea ‘Aldenhamensis' and E. europaea‘Pumilis' were"bimodal",also named"midday depression". The diurnal variation of other two varieties were"single peak". Light compensation point( LC,P) of all cultivars were more than 40 μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1),showing positive plant characteristics. E. europaea‘Albus' and E. europaea‘Pumilis' showed a strong adaptability to the light environment. The drought resistant ability of E. europaea ‘Albus' was poor,and drought resistant ability of E. europaea‘Pumilis' was strong. In conclusion,E. europaea ‘Albus' and E. europaea ‘Pumilis' were the best cultivar for introduction and cultivation in domestic due to their high photosynthetic capacities.
