镇痛中药症状与性味归经分析

目的:研究《中华人民共和国药典》中的镇痛类中药的主治症状与其性味归经之间的关系,为临床医生用药提供借鉴,以提高临床疗效。方法:从《中华人民共和国药典》中筛选出镇痛类中药,用余弦算法验证,建立中药与症状网络,使用Fast Unfolding算法将镇痛类中药分为3类。分别录入这3类中药的性、味、归经。用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果:第1类中药中寒性和甘味最多,多归肺经。第2类中药中温性和辛味最多,多归肝经和脾经。第3类中药中寒性药和苦味最多,多归肝经。结论:对镇痛类中药的主治症状与其性味归经的研究发现,药性-病症之间存在着相互的辩证关系;在结合网络药理学的研究方法,用药症相关网络来研究中药的性味归经和组方,发现性味归经和组方存在一定的联系。
Objective: To study the relationship between attending symptoms and nature and flavour of the analgesic Chinese materia medica in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia to provide reference for clinicians to improve clinical efficacy. Methods:Analgesic Chinese materia medica were screened from Chinese Pharmacopoeia, validated by cosine algorithm, established Chinese materia medica and symptom network, and analgesic Chinese materia medica were classified into three categories by Fast Unfolding algorithm. The nature and flavour and meridian tropism of these three kinds of Chinese materia medica were recorded separately. SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: The first class of Chinese materia medica in the cold nature, sweet taste and lung meridian is most. The second class of Chinese materia medica in the warm nature, acrid taste, liver meridian and spleen meridian is most. The third class of Chinese materia medica in the cold nature, bitter taste and liver meridian is most. Conclusion: Studies on the attending symptoms and their nature and flavour of analgesic Chinese materia medica have found that there is a mutual dialectical relationship between drug-disease. In the combination of network pharmacology research methods, using drugs and symptoms related network to study the nature and flavour and prescription of Chinese materia medica,found that there is a certain connection between the nature and flavour and prescription of Chinese materia medica.
