摘要
基于220 t载重的多轴自卸车项目,研究了油气悬挂的刚度和阻尼特性,求取分析了阻尼特性的主要影响因素,提出了一种基于仿真计算的阻尼优化设计方法,建立油气悬挂AMESim仿真模型,求取C级路面谱随机激励,对220 t自卸车油气悬挂阻尼进行优化设计。
Based on the 220 ton load multi-axis dump truck project, the article researches the stiffness and damping characteristics of hydropneumatic suspension, and analyzes the main influencing factors of damping characteristics. The article proposes a damping optimization design method based on AMEsim simulation, establishes the simulation model for hydropneumatic suspension, and obtains class C pavement spectrum, and optimizes the damping characteristics of the 220 ton load multi-axis dump truck.
