探讨一体化护理运用于改善剖宫产产妇产后心理状态及角色转换的临床效果

摘要
目的探讨分析在改善剖宫产产妇产后护理中应用一体化护理对产妇的心理状态及角色转换的影响。方法选取剖宫产产妇300例,随机分为两组,其中一组产妇给予常规护理设为常规组,另一组产妇给予一体化护理设为一体组,对两组产妇的SAS评分、SDS评分、产后母亲行为状态进行对比。结果一体组产妇的SAS评分、SDS评分明显优于常规组(P<0.05);一体组产妇的释放期占比率为74.7%,常规组产妇释放期占比率为57.3%,一体组产妇的释放期占比率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在改善剖宫产产妇产后护理中应用一体化护理,可有效改善产妇的心理状态,促进产妇产后快速进入母亲状态,值得在临床上大力地推广实现。
        Objective To investigate the effects of integrated care on maternal psychological status and role transition in improving postpartum care for cesarean section. Methods 300 cases of cesarean section women were randomLy divided into two groups. One group of women gave routine care to the routine group, and the other group gave the integrated care as integrated group. The SAS score and SDS of the two groups of women. The scores, postpartum mother behavior status were compared. Results The SAS score and SDS score of the integrated group were significantly better than those of the routine group(P<0.05). The release rate of the maternal release period was 74.7%, and the maternal release period of the routine group was 57.3%. The proportion of the period of parturient women in integrated group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of integrated nursing in the improvement of postpartum nursing for cesarean section can effectively improve the psychological state of the mother and promote the rapid entry of the mother into the mother's state after delivery. It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
