摘要
针对传统通信电子战在复杂战场环境下面临的严峻挑战,介绍了认知通信电子战新颖的作战模式,论述了发展认知通信电子战的必要性;通过对美军认知电子战相关项目的跟踪与研究,重点分析了认知通信电子战系统的结构组成和工作流程,提出了发展认知通信电子战装备的关键技术;综合了多种推理技术和干扰效果在线评估技术,使通信电子战系统具备自主学习与自主决策能力,形成了对周围复杂电磁环境的认知能力。
Aiming at the severe challenges that traditional communication electronic warfare faced with in the complex battlefield environment,this paper introduces the new operation modes of cognitive communication electronic warfare,discusses the necessity to develop cognitive communication electronic warfare,by means of the tracking and research to the relevant projects of US cognitive electronic warfare,especially analyzes the structural composition and workflow of cognitive communication electronic warfare system,puts forward the key technologies for developing cognitive communication electronic warfare equipment,synthesizes various reasoning technologies and online assessment technologies of jamming effect,which makes the communication electronic warfare system has the capabilities of independent learning and independent decision,and forms the cognitive ability to complex electromagnetic environment around.
