国内外长处方服务对比研究

摘要
目的:对国内外长处方服务进行对比分析,为我国长处方服务提供政策建议。方法:运用文献分析和对比分析法,研究国内外长处方政策。结果:我国长处方试点地区做法不尽相同,在处方开具人、处方时限等方面与国外有差异。结论:我国要建立统一的长处方管理规范,发挥药师的重要作用,健全医生和药师的激励机制,加快信息化建设。
Objective To compare and analyze long-term prescription services at home and abroad,and provide policy recommendations for long-term prescription services in China. Methods Using literature analysis and comparative analysis to study long-term prescription policies in China and abroad. Results The practice in China's pilot areas is not the same,and there are differences in prescriptions and prescription time limits. Conclusion China should establish a unified long-term prescription management norm,play an important role of pharmacists,improve the incentive mechanism of doctors and pharmacists,and accelerate the construction of information technology.
