摘要
在现代工业、军事等领域,动态测试中冲击的精确测量起到重要的作用。在研究压电加速度传感器的基础上,设计了针对微弱冲击电荷信号的放大及调理电路,并对前级电荷放大电路、后级高通滤波、低通滤波以及放大调理电路进行了逐级分析计算,对压电冲击传感器及电荷放大调理电路进行了整体扫频等测试。经过试验测试,电路在通频带内具有良好的平坦度,在截止频率外,信号急剧衰减,在2倍通频带处衰减可达-60 dB。在高温60℃、低温-40℃环境下,输出振幅偏差小于3%,已成功应用于工程实践中。
An accurate measurement of shocked signal in dynamic test played an import role in modern industry area and military field.This paper showed a design of weak charge signal conditioning circuit based on researching the piezoelectricity type acceleration instrument.The front-stage charge amplification circuit,back-stage high-pass filter,low-pass filter and amplification conditioning circuit were analyzed and calculated step by step.The piezoelectric impact sensor and the charge amplification and conditioning circuit were tested.The test results show that the circuit has a good flatness in the pass-band,and the signal attenuates sharply outside the cut-off frequency,and the attenuation can reach-60 db at the double pass-band.In the high temperature 60 ℃ and-40 ℃ low temperature environment,the output amplitude deviation is less than 3%,has been successfully applied in engineering practic.
