研学中医医案是流派传承人习得名师学术经验的最佳途径

摘要
阐述了研学中医医案是培养中医流派传承人习得名师学术经验的最佳途径。通过师承教育、临床实践、收集名师的临床案例并加以整理,从而领悟名师辨证思路、治法方药的精华,经过自身进一步地梳理、提炼,总结名师的学术思想。同时指出广拜名师,刻苦学习,撷取各家所长,习得名师及流派的独到学术经验,对于发挥中医特色、提高临床疗效、培养临床优秀人才都具有重大意义。强调了中医医案最能体现中医学辨证论治、理法方药的整体性,更是中医药理论的继承、发展、创新最好的教材。并列举董廷瑶医案5则,以资说明。
This paper elaborates on hands-on inquiry based learning in TCM medical records as the best way for inheritors of schools to acquire the academic experience of famous masters.By master-apprentice education,clinical practice,collection and sorting out the clinical medical cases of the famous masters,we comprehend the essence of the differential diagnostic thoughts and therapy and formula of the famous masters.After further combing and refining by ourselves,we summarize the academic thought of famous masters.At the same time, it points out that widely worshipping masters,studying hard,extracts from advantages of different schools,and acquiring the unique academic experience from the famous master and schools will be of great significance in giving full play to TCM characteristics,improving clinical efficacy and cultivating clinically outstanding talent.It emphasizes that TCM medical records can best embody the integrity of treatment based on syndrome differentiation as well as theory,method,formula and herbs of TCM.Furthermore,they are the best teaching materials for inheritance,development and innovation of TCM theory.Five medical cases of DONG Tingyao are attached for illustration.
