穴位埋线对痰湿体质脂质代谢和体质评分的影响

摘要
目的:观察穴位埋线法对痰湿体质脂质代谢和体质评分的影响方法:选取符合标准的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组患者予以足三里、脾俞、丰隆、阴陵泉穴位埋线,对照组不做任何处理,4周1个疗程,两组均治疗2个疗程,比较两组干预前后血脂指标与体质评分。结果:干预前,两组的血脂指标无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的血脂指标TG、TC、LDL水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),HDL水平与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预前,体质评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组体质评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线能够明显调节痰湿体质的脂质代谢并且改善痰湿体质,有自己独特的优势,值得临床推广。
Objective: To observe the effect of catgut implantation at acupoint on lipid metabolism and physical condition changes for patients of phlegm dampness constitution.Method: Select 60 patients who are in line with the standards,randomly divide them into the observation group and control group,30 patients in a group.In the observation group,patients undergo catgut implantation at acupoint by Tsusanli,Pishu,Rich and Prosperous and Yinlingchuan.In the control group,there is no any treatment.After treating the patients for 2 courses,4 weeks 1 course,compare the blood lipid indexes and physical fitness scores of patients in the two groups.Results: before intervention,the lipid indexes of patients in the two groups are of no statistical significance(P>0.05); after intervention,TG,TC,LDL of patients in the observation group are lower than that of the patients in the control group(P<0.05) while the HDL is of no statistical significance(P>0.05) compared with the control group; before intervention,physical fitness scores are of no statistical significance(P>0.05) after comparison,after intervention,the observation group is higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: catgut implantation at acupoint can obviously change the lipid metabolism and improve phlegm dampness constitution.Such treatment has its unique advantages which is worth being promoted in clinical treatment.
