角膜溃疡患者实施生物羊膜移植联合绷带式角膜接触镜治疗的效果

摘要
目的观察生物羊膜移植联合绷带式角膜接触镜治疗角膜溃疡患者的临床效果。方法临床资料采集该院2016年7月—2018年7月眼科诊治的120例角膜溃疡患者,按不同治疗方案分两组,每组60例,对照组采用传统羊膜移植治疗,观察组采用生物羊膜移植与绷带式角膜接触镜联合治疗,比较两组疗效及视力、并发症。结果观察组手术总有效率96.67%相比对照组83.33%更高(χ2=5.925 9,P<0.05);观察组角膜愈合时间(9.03±2.13)d比对照组(19.45±5.23)d短(t=14.292 8,P<0.05)。两组术后视力相比术前均有所提升(t=7.109 2,t=3.967 1,P<0.05),观察组术后视力(0.46±0.22)相比对照组(0.33±0.12)有所提升(t=4.018 3,P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症几率6.67%比对照组25.00%高(χ2=7.566 4,P<0.05)。结论生物羊膜移植与绷带式角膜接触镜联合治疗角膜溃疡的效果显著,有效修复溃疡角膜,促进角膜愈合,并改善患者视力,减少并发症。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of biological amniotic membrane transplantation combined with bandage contact lens in patients with corneal ulcer. Methods Clinical data were collected from 120 patients with corneal ulcers from July 2016 to July 2018 in our hospital. According to different treatment options, there were 2 groups in each group, 60 cases in each group. The control group received traditional amniotic membrane transplantation. The observation group was treated with biological amniotic membrane transplantation and bandage contact lens,and the efficacy, visual acuity and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was96.67% in the observation group compared with 83.33% in the control group(χ2=5.925 9,P<0.05). The corneal healing time(9.03±2.13)d was shorter in the observation group than in the control group(19.45 ±5.23)d(t=14.292 8,P<0.05).The visual acuity of the two groups was improved compared with that before operation(t=7.109 2,t=3.967 1,P<0.05).The visual acuity of the observation group(0.46±0.22) was improved compared with the control group(0.33±0.12)(t=4.018 3,P<0.05). The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 6.67% higher than that of the control group 25.00%(χ2=7.566 4,P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of biological amniotic membrane transplantation and bandage contact lens treatment for corneal ulcer is effective in repairing ulcerated cornea, promoting corneal healing, improving eyesight and reducing complications.
