摘要
提高高等教育质量、培养拔尖创新医学人才是2011年后教育部和卫生部联合提出的新型医学人才培养模式。2012年,我校成为首批开展"卓越医生培养计划"项目的试点单位之一。医学免疫学作为一门基础医学课程,在其教学过程中我校也采取了一系列改革措施,其中包括免疫学讨论课的引入。但是,目前免疫学讨论课的内容仅限于临床疾病案例。通过调查研究发现,学生们非常期望能够引入科研型案例的讨论与学习,且我教研室具备开展科研型案例讨论课的师资。通过"科研型案例"讨论课的学习,有望提高学生的科研兴趣和学习的主动性,有助于卓越医师班学生牢固、系统地掌握基础医学知识。另外,"科研型案例"是"临床疾病案例"很好的补充,两者结合能更好地为培养卓越医师服务。
        Improving the quality of higher education and cultivating top-notch innovative medical talents is a new medical talent training mode jointly proposed by the ministry of education and the ministry of health after 2011. In 2012,Xinxiang Medical University became one of the first experimental units of " excellent doctor training program". As a basic medical course,a series of teaching reform measures have been adopted in the course of medical immunology,including seminar. However,the seminar is limited to clinical disease cases. Through investigation and research,it is found that students are very eager to study and discuss the research-based cases,and the department of immunology has the faculty to carry out the research-based case seminar. Through the seminar of the researchbased case,it is expected to improve the students' interest in research and enthusiasm in learning,helping them to grasp the basic medical knowledge more systematically and firmly. In addition, " research-based case" is a good supplement to " clinical disease case",and the combination of them can better serve the training of excellent physicians.
