腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术与经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效比较研究

摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术与经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2016年4月至2018年4月我院收治的83例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,参照盲选法分为A组44例和B组39例,A组采用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,B组给予经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,对比两组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果 A、B组手术时间对比无显著差异(P> 0.05),A组术中出血量、住院时间和术后排气时间均短于B组(P<0.05);A组不良反应总发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤治疗中应用腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术可以有效地缩短患者住院时间和术后排气时间,减少术中出血量和不良反应发生几率,安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic myomectomy and uterine fibroids removalfor uterine fibroids. Methods Eighty-three patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from April 2016 toApril 2018 were enrolled. According to the blind selection method, 44 patients in group A and 39 patients in group B weretreated. Laparoscopic uterine fibroids were used in group A. Exclusion surgery, group B was treated with transabdominaluterine fibroids removal, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results Therewas no significant difference in the operation time between group A and group B(P> 0.05). The amount of bleeding,hospitalization time and postoperative exhaust time in group A were shorter than those in group B(P< 0.05). The totalincidence of adverse reactions in group A was lower than group B(P< 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy inthe treatment of uterine fibroids can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay and postoperative venting time, reducethe incidence of intraoperative blood loss and adverse reactions, and have high safety.
