摘要
石墨烯浆料改性水性环氧富锌涂料,得到水性石墨烯/环氧富锌涂料。考察了石墨烯和锌粉含量对涂层耐蚀性、耐冲击性和附着力的影响。中性盐雾试验和电化学阻抗谱测量的结果表明,石墨烯的添加可以有效延缓钢材的腐蚀。当添加0.80%的石墨烯浆料取代40.00%的锌粉时,所得涂层的综合性能最优:耐中性盐雾时间960 h,耐冲击性(1 kg)50 cm,拉开法破坏强度4.96 MPa。
        A waterborne graphene/zinc-rich epoxy paint was prepared by modifying waterborne zinc-rich epoxy paint with graphene slurry. The effects of the contents of graphene and zinc powder on corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and adhesion of the coating therefrom were studied. The results of neutral salt spray test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy showed that the addition of graphene slurry efficiently inhibits the corrosion of coated steel. The comprehensive properties of the coating obtained by replacing 40.00% of the original amount of zinc powder with 0.80% graphene slurry are the best, as shown by a failure time of 960 h in neutral salt spray test, a failure height >50 cm for 1 kg impact, and an breaking strength of 4.96 MPa in pull-off test.
