摘要
基质效应是色质联用分析技术中影响农药残留检测精准度的主要问题,本研究通过对11种蔬菜、水果及食用菌中39种农药的基质效应的系统评价,筛选出普通白菜为替代基质,探讨解决液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)基质效应的可能性。采用QuChERS方法对样品进行前处理后,利用LC-MS/MS分析39种农药,结果表明,基质效应主要以抑制为主。选择普通白菜作为替代基质匹配标准溶液,蔬菜样品的中等和强基质效应均有明显降低,中等基质效应由31%降至16%,强基质效应由11%降至8%,但苹果、葡萄、草莓、金针菇的基质效应没有改善。因此,选用普通白菜基质匹配标准溶液在农药残留分析时辅助溶剂标准溶液进行校正,可改善蔬菜样品的中等和强基质效应,但不适用于水果和食用菌样品,对于受基质影响显著的化合物建议使用同种样品基质匹配标准溶液进行定量分析。
