摘要

目的:分析现阶段宁夏回医医院发展面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,以期对宁夏回医医院的未来发展提供借鉴意义。方法:SWOT分析法与实证研究相结合的方法。结果:宁夏回医医院的发展具有一定的人文优势,且回医药疗效显著,但仍面临基础实力薄弱、人才缺乏、认知度不高等问题,随着政府支持力度的加强,应抓住机遇,走向国际市场。建议:采用ST策略和WO策略,即利用自身优势减轻外部威胁,利用外部机会弥补内部劣势。
        Objective: This paper aims to provide reference for the future development of Ningxia Hui medical hospital after analyzing its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats. Methods: The combination of the SWOT analysis method and empirical research method Results: The development of Ningxia Hui Medical Hospital has a certain cultural advantages and the medicine curative effect is distinct. But it still exists some problems,such as the weak fundamental strengths,the lack of talents and the low awareness and so on. With the strengthening of government support,Ningxia Hui medical hospital should grasp the opportunity and go into the international market. Suggestion: Using ST and WO strategies,that is,using their own advantages to reduce external threats and using external chance to make up for the internal weaknesses.
