摘要
目的:探讨甘草浓煎口服对附子中毒导致心律失常救治中的治疗作用。方法:采用回顾性分析2014年1月至2016年12月浙江省中医院急诊科收治的附子中毒患者11例。根据治疗不同,分为甘草组5例和对照组6例。记录患者入院时的相关资料,临床症状、心电图、心律失常时间和住院时间。结果:甘草组心电图转律时间、住院时间较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:甘草浓煎口服可以有效缩短改善附子中毒引起的心律失常的时间,降低住院天数。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Licorice Decoction on arrhythmia caused by aconite poisoning. Methods: Retrospective analysis was conducted to select patients with Aconite poisoning admitted to the emergency department of Zhejiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2014 to December 2016. According to different treatments, they were divided into 5 cases in licorice group and 6 cases in control group. Relevant information, clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram, arrhythmia time and hospitalization time were recorded. Results: The time of correcting arrhythmia and hospitalization in the glycyrrhiza group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Glycyrrhiza Decoction can effectively shorten the time of improving arrhythmia caused by aconite poisoning and reduce the days of hospitalization.
