摘要

目的:探讨新确诊艾滋病患者的社会支持在艾滋病相关压力与生命质量之间的调节效应和中介效应。方法:采用自编一般情况调查表以及社会支持评定量表、艾滋病压力量表和MOS-HIV量表对湖南省长沙市的557名新确诊艾滋病患者进行调查。结果:①社会支持在艾滋病相关压力和生命质量之间未起到调节作用。②社会支持在艾滋病相关压力和生命质量的心理健康维度之间具有中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为8.66%。结论:确诊初期,被调查艾滋病患者的社会支持不能缓冲压力对生命质量的消极影响,但在艾滋病压力和生命质量的心理健康维度之间起着部分中介作用。
        Objective: To examine the moderating and mediating roles of social support on the relationship between HIV-related stress and quality of life among people newly diagnosed with HIV. Methods: A total of 557 people newly diagnosed with HIV were consecutively recruited from Changsha Center for Disease Prevention and Control. Information about social-demographic characteristic, social support, HIV-related stress and quality of life were collected by a structured questionnaire. Results: ①Social support had no moderating effect between HIV-related stress and quality of life. ②Social support played a mediating effect between HIV-related stress and mental aspects of quality of life, and the mediating effect accounted for 8.66% of total effect. Conclusion: Although social support cannot moderate the negative impact of stress on quality of life, it played a mediating effect between stress and the mental aspect of quality of life.
