去花对牛大力生物量和有效成分含量的影响

摘要
【目的】研究去花对牛大力生物量和药用部位块根有效成分含量的影响,为生产上疏花、疏荚果对牛大力块根的发育调控提供理论指导。【方法】以1年生热选1号牛大力苗为试验材料,根据"库—源"调控原理在花期进行去花处理,测定处理后70 d植株的叶片数及处理后7个月地上部和地下部的鲜干重、根条数、根长和根粗等生长指标及生物量,并采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定牛大力块根中芒柄花素、高丽槐素和刺桐碱含量。【结果】与不去花对照相比,去花处理可极显著增加牛大力的叶片数、地下部鲜重和根粗(P<0.01,下同),同时地下部干重、根长和侧根数也显著增加(P<0.05,下同),各指标分别增加40.68%、72.56%、31.71%、105.35%、33.59%和49.25%,但根条数却显著减少37.74%。去花处理后牛大力块根中的有效成分刺桐碱含量极显著降低25.45%,芒柄花素含量显著降低40.42%。【结论】在牛大力栽培前期(1年生),去花处理可通过增加叶片数(增大光合面积)、根长度、粗度和侧根数进而增加产量,但有效成分含量明显降低。
        【Objective】The effects of defloration on biomass and contents of active components of Millettia speciosa Champ. were studied. This would provide theoretical guidance for studying mechanism of root development by defloration and legume removing in practical production.【Method】The one-year-old M. speciosa Rexuanyihao seedlings were applied with defloration during flowering stage based on sink-source relation. The leaf number(70 d after defloration),shoot fresh and dry weight,root fresh and dry weight,root number,root length and root diameter(seven months after defloration)were measured. Then the contents of fermononetin,maackiain and erythrine in root were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).【Rusult】The results showed that leaf number,root fresh weight,root diameter(P<0.01,the same below)extremely increased by 40.68%,72.56% and 31.71%,and underground dry weight,root length,lateral root number(P<0.05,the same below)significantly increased by 105.35%,33.59% and 49.25%, respectively compared with non-defloration,but the root number significantly decreased by 37.74% in the defloration treatment. The contents of fermononetin extremely decreased by 25.45%,and erythrine significantly decreased by 40.42% compared with the control.【Conclusion】Therefore,the defloration can increase yields by increasing leaf number(enlarge photosynthetic area),root length,root diameter and lateral root number at early growth stage of M. speciosa(one-year-old),but the active components contents reduce largely.
