摘要
目的调查微生物标本培养前涂片革兰染色镜检的意义。方法以该院2017年4月—2018年4月送检的136份微生物标本为样本,标本首先进行涂片染色镜检,而后进行培养观察,比较两种方式的检查结果。结果 136份标本中合格标本125份,不合格的标本9份。有4份为痰液标本,有3份为尿液标本,有2份为其他标本。痰液标本中肺炎克雷伯菌检测数量最多,13个;尿液标本中屎肠球菌检测数量最多,6个;分泌物标本中大肠埃希菌检测数量最多,8个;其他标本中大肠埃希菌检测数量最多,4个。痰液标本镜检结果与培养结果的符合率为66.7%、尿液标本符合率为77.8%、分泌物标本符合率为85.0%、其他标本符合率为100.0%(χ~2=1.25、1.17、1.09、1.00,P<0.05)。结论微生物标本培养前需要开展革兰染色镜检,有利于降低标本培养误差,提升检验准确率。
        Objective To investigate the significance of microscopic examination of smear Gram stain before culture of microorganisms. Methods A sample of 136 micro-organisms submitted from April 2017 to April 2018 in the hospital was used as a sample. Specimens were first examined by smear staining, and then culture observations were performed to compare the results of the two methods. Results There were 125 qualified specimens in 136 specimens and 9 specimens in unqualified specimens. There were 4 sputum samples, 3 were urine samples, and 2 were other samples. The largest number of Klebsiella pneumoniae was detected in sputum specimens of 13 cases; the number of E. faecium detected in urine specimens was the highest, 6 cases; the number of E. coli detected in secretion specimens was the highest, 8 cases; coliform of other specimens. The number of Heliothis detection was the highest, 4 cases. The coincidence rate between microscopic examination results and culture results of sputum samples was 66.7%, the compliance rate of urine specimens was 77.8%, the compliance rate of secretion specimens was 85.0%, the compliance rate of other specimens was 100.0% (χ~2=1.25, 1.17, 1.09, 1.00,P<0.05). Conclusion Microscopic examination of Gram stains is required before the culture of microorganisms, which can help reduce the error of specimen culture and improve the accuracy of the test.
