摘要
蓄滞洪区淹没涉及大量的人员和财产损失。为更科学、有效地利用蓄滞洪区,降低灾害损失,需要模拟计算不同进洪方式下的淹没情况,为此建立了基于TVD隐格式的黄墩湖蓄滞洪区二维水动力学模型,完成了4种组合进洪方式下的洪水演进模拟。结果表明,该方法可有效计算蓄滞洪区洪水演进过程,进而分析淹没水深、淹没区域以及骆马湖水位的变化过程。将洪水淹没模拟结果辅以蓄滞洪区的人口、经济分布,可有效计算不同进洪方式下的人民经济财产损失,进而为制定科学合理的进洪方式和应急预案提供可靠的数据支持。
The submergence of flood storage and detention area will result in a large loss of lives and property. In order to make more scientific and effective use of flood storage and detention area and reduce losses, it is necessary to simulate and calculate the submergence under different flood inflow modes. Based on the two-dimensional hydrodynamic model of flood storage and detention area of Huangdun Lake in TVD implicit format, this study has completed the simulation of flood evolution under four combined inflow modes. The results show that this method can effectively calculate the flood evolution process of flood storage and detention area, and then analyze the variation process of submerged water depth, submerged area and Luoma Lake water level. By studying the simulation results of flood submergence and the population and economic distribution of flood storage and detention areas, the economic and property losses caused by different flood inflow modes can be effectively calculated, so as to provide reliable data support for formulating scientific and reasonable flood inflow modes and emergency plans.
