掺入废弃玻璃粉的水泥土力学性能的研究

摘要
在玻璃粉逐渐广泛应用于建筑材料的背景下,为了研究水泥土中添加废弃玻璃粉后其力学性能的变化,本试验以废弃玻璃粉掺量、养护天数、冻融循环次数为自变量,采用正试验的研究方法,研究了掺入废弃玻璃粉后水泥土的强度发展和抗冻性变化。研究结果表明,玻璃粉掺量越高,水泥土的后期强度增长率越大;随着养护龄期的增加,掺入玻璃粉的水泥土后期强度明显强于普通水泥土;冻融条件下随着玻璃粉掺量的增加,各玻璃粉掺量下水泥土的强度损失率有较大差异,当玻璃粉掺量为5%~15%时,水泥土的强度损失率最大;冻融循环次数越多,水泥土的强度损失越大;采用SPSS软件得到了水泥土抗压强度与废弃玻璃粉掺量、养护天数的关系方程:y=2. 331+0. 016x_1+0. 061x_2,其中自变量x_1和x_2分别代表玻璃粉掺量和养护天数,y代表水泥土的强度。
        Under the background that glass powder is widely used in building materials gradually,in order to study the mechanical properties of soil cement after adding waste glass powder,this test takes the amount of waste glass powder,curing days and freeze-thaw cycles as independent variables. The strength development and frost resistance of soil cement mixed with waste glass powder were studied by means of normal test. The results show that the glass powder content is higher,the late strength growth rate of the soil cement will be higher. With the increase of curing age,the late strength of soil cement mixed with glass powder is obviously stronger than that of ordinary soil cement. Under freezing and thawing cycle conditions,with the increase of glass powder content,the strength loss rate of the soil cement varies greatly. When the glass powder content is 5%-15%,the strength loss rate of soil cement is the largest.The more freezing and thawing cycles,the greater the strength loss of soil cement. The relationship equation between the compressive strength of soil cement and the amount of waste glass powder and the number of maintenance days was obtained by using SPSS software: y = 2. 331 + 0. 016 x_1+ 0. 061 x_2,in which the independent variables x_1 and x_2 respectively represented the amount of glass powder and the number of curing days,and y represented the strength of cement composite soil.
