“一带一路”背景下高等继续教育“走出去”及其路径研究

摘要
"一带一路"战略背景下,高等继续教育也面临着如何创新发展和"走出去"的问题。高等继续教育"走出去"对国际化人才培养、服务"一带一路"建设、完善高等继续教育体系及提升高等继续教育软实力等都具有重要的现实意义。结合当前高等继续教育"走出去"可能存在的不足与挑战,从加强顶层设计、推动大学联盟建设、优化师资队伍、提升教学质量、促进企校合作等方面构建高等继续教育"走出去"的战略路径,可为实现高等继续教育的国际化与创新发展提供参考。
        Under the background of "The Belt and Road Initiative", higher continuing education is also facing the challenge of how to innovate and "go global". The "going global" of higher continuing education has important practical significance for the cultivation of international talents, the construction of the "The Belt and Road", the improvement of the construction of a higher continuing education system and the upgrading of the soft power of higher continuing education. Combining with the possible shortcomings and challenges of "going out" of higher continuing education, the strategic path of "going out" of higher continuing education can be constructed from the aspects of strengthening top-level design, promoting the construction of university alliance, optimizing the teaching staff, improving the teaching quality and promoting the cooperation between enterprises and schools, which can realize the internationalization of higher continuing education., and provide reference for innovation and development.
