摘要
目的探讨器械预处理凝胶对夜间骨科手术器械保湿的效果。方法将我院2016年12月至2017年3月夜间使用后的500件骨科手术器械设为对照组, 2017年4月至2018年6月夜间使用后的500件骨科手术器械设为实验组。对照组采用纯水保湿,实验组采用器械预处理凝胶进行保湿处理,比较两组的器械清洗质量及残留血实验合格率。结果实验组的器械表面及管腔内壁的清洗合格率均高于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组在器械残留血实验中的器械表面合格率及管腔内壁合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论器械预处理凝胶能够对夜间骨科手术器械起到更好的保湿作用,有利于进一步提高器械清洗质量。
        Objective To explore the effect of instrument pretreatment gel on moisture of orthopedic operation instruments at night.Methods 500 orthopedic operation instruments used at night in our hospital from December 2016 to March 2017 were selected as control group, and another 500 orthopedic operation instruments used at night from April 2017 to June 2018 were selected as experimental group.The control group was moisturized with pure water, while the experimental group was moisturized with instrument pretreatment gel. The cleaning quality of instruments and the qualified rate of residual blood test were compared between the two groups. The cleaning qualified rates of instrument surface and inner wall of lumen in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). In the residual blood test, the qualified rates of instrument surface and inner wall of lumen in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Instrument pretreatment gel can play a better moisturizing role in orthopedic operation instruments at night, which is conducive to further improvement of cleaning quality of instruments.
