摘要
aii A基因编码的Aii A蛋白是一类由芽孢杆菌产生的酰基高丝氨酸内酯酶,能够专一性地水解革兰氏阴性菌分泌的AHLs信号分子,从而破坏依赖群体感应系统的致病机制,减轻病原菌的致病性。综述了aii A基因与Aii A蛋白的研究现状、aii A基因在抗病方面的研究进展及Aii A蛋白在工业发展的应用现状等,以期为aii A基因在更多领域的应用提供理论基础。
        Aii A protein encoded by aii A gene is a kind of acyl-homoserine lactonase produced by Bacillus species that can exclusively hydrolyse the AHLs signal molecules secreted by gram negative bacteria that destroy pathogenic mechanism which depend on the quorum sensing system and reduce the pathogenicity of the pathogen. The essay comprehensively analyzed the research situations of aii A and Aii A, the current research progress of aii A in disease-resistant and the application status of Aii A protein in industrial development, which can provide aii A gene with theoretical basis on more fields of application.
