新时期职业教育人才培养模式创新探索

摘要
职业教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,职业教育是教育和经济的联合。它是与经济和社会变化干系最紧密的教育类型,与人们的职业发展和生活直接相关。目前,中国经济发展正处于转型升级的新时期,随着制造业、城镇化建设、农业现代化和精准扶贫改革的深化,对新时期职业教育人才培养模式提出了新的要求和挑战。在新的历史条件下,职业教育人才培养模式不断深化,怎样创新职业教育人才培养模式是新的研究方向。
Vocational education is an important part of the national education system, and vocational education is the combination of education and economy. It is the most closely related type of education with economic and social changes, and directly related to people's career development and life. At present, China's economic development is in a new period of transformation and upgrading. With the deepening of manufacturing, urbanization, agricultural modernization and precise poverty alleviation reform, new requirements and challenges are put forward for the talent training mode of Vocational Education in the new period. Under the new historical conditions, the personnel training mode of vocational education has been deepening continuously. How to innovate the personnel training mode of vocational education is a new research direction.
