摘要
目的分析2016-2017年泰州市呼吸道感染疾病的病原学监测结果,为科学防控提供依据。方法收集2016年1月至2017年12月泰州市人民医院门诊流感样病例和住院肺炎病例鼻咽拭子标本,采用RT-PCR方法,检测13种常见病原体。结果共采集标本389份,检出率52.70%(205/389),肺炎链球菌、流感嗜血杆菌、腺病毒检出率最高。门诊和住院标本之间检出率差异无统计学意义(■=0.892,P=0.345)。春季呼吸道感染病原检出率最高,不同季节检出阳性率差异有统计学意义(■=8.876,P=0.031)。0~5岁婴幼儿患者比例最大(56.04%),检出的阳性病例数也最多(130/205),各年龄组之间检出阳性率差异存在统计学意义(■=19.328,P<0.001)。病原混合感染病例占感染病例的36.10%(74/205),其中以肺炎链球菌组合的混合感染率最高,占混合感染的75.68%(56/74)。结论引起泰州市呼吸道感染疾病的首要细菌性病原是肺炎链球菌,主要病毒是腺病毒,肺炎链球菌感染易合并其他病原体感染,为常见合并感染致病菌,每年春季为发病高峰期,5岁以下婴幼儿为主要易感人群。
        Objective To analyze the pathogen surveillance results of respiratory infections in Taizhou from 2016 to 2017,and to provide evidence for scientific prevention and control.Methods The samples of ILI and PI nasopharyngeal swabs were collected from Taizhou People's Hospital from January 2016 to December 2017,and 13 common pathogens were detected by RT-PCR.Results A total of 389 specimens were collected,and the positive rate was 52.70%(205/389).The detection rate of SP,HI and ADV were high.There was no statistical difference in the detection rate between outpatient and inpatient specimens(■=0.892,P=0.345).The detection rate of spring respiratory tract infection was the highest,and the positive rate was statistically different in different seasons(■=8.876,P<0.05).The proportion of infants and young children aged 0~5 years was the largest(56.04%),and the number of positive cases detected was the highest(130/205).There was a statistical difference between the age groups(■=19.328,P<0.001).The pathogen mixed infection accounted for 36.10%(74/205)of the infected cases,of which the mixed infection rate of SP combination was the highest,accounting for 75.68%(56/74)of mixed infection.Conclusion SP is the primary pathogen causing respiratory infections in Taizhou,SP infection is easy to merge with other pathogens,which is a common pathogen.Every spring is the peak incidence.Infants under the age of 5 are the main susceptible population.
