不同桃的品种、树龄对桃胶多糖含量影响的研究

摘要
目的研究桃的不同品种、树龄对桃胶中多糖质量分数的影响,为其质量评价提供依据。方法以桃的不同品种及不同树龄所产桃胶为研究对象,通过苯酚-硫酸法显色反应,同时结合紫外-可见分光光度法测定多糖质量分数。结果不同桃品种、树龄所产桃胶中多糖质量分数分别为:湖北随县"油桃"5～9年树龄为75.01%～77.65%,湖北江陵"黄桃"6～13年树龄为81.17%～83.27%,河南叶县"白桃"6～10年树龄为78.09%～79.82%,陕西礼泉"红桃"6～11年树龄为80.32%～81.17%,新疆西河子"蟠桃"6～14年树龄为79.87%～83.11%,山东蒙阴"油蟠桃"6～9年树龄为78.01%～79.02%,浙江奉化"水蜜桃"5～12年树龄为78.47%～82.04%。结论不同桃的品种及树龄所产桃胶中多糖质量分数存在一定差异,其中桃的品种是影响桃胶质量的主要因素。
Objective To study the effects of peach varieties and tree ages on polysaccharide contents of the peach gum to provide the basis for quality evaluation of peach gum. Methods The Peach gums were produced from different Peach varieties and different tree ages, and the polysaccharide contents were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and UV spectrophotometry. Results The polysaccharide contents of Peach gums from different Peach varieties and different tree ages were as follows,tree age in 5-9 of nectarine Suixian Hubei 75. 01%-77. 65%,tree age in 6-13 of yellow peach Jiangling Hubei 81. 17%-83.27%,tree age in 6-10 of white peach Yexian Henan 78.09%-79.82%,tree age in 6-11 of red peach Liquan Shanxi 80.32%-81.17%,tree age in 6-14 of flat peach 79.87%-83.11%,tree age in 6-9 of oil flat peach 78. 01%-79. 02%, tree age in 5-12 of honey peach 78. 47%-82. 04%. Conclusion The polysaccharide contents of the Peach gum from different Peach varieties and tree ages are different to some extent,and the Peach varieties are one of the main factors affecting the quality of Peach gum.
