摘要
目的探究分析临床微生物检验质量保证和持续改进措施。方法选取我院检验科2017年1月至2018年7月微生物标本18738例,根据是否采取临床微生物检验质量保证和持续改进措施分为实验组和对照组。其中,实验组9388例,接受临床微生物检验质量保证和持续改进措施;对照组9350例,未接受临床微生物检验质量保证和持续改进措施,对比两组微生物检验质量。结果两组临床微生物检验质量比较:实验组出现质量问题概率明显低于对照组,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在临床微生物检验中,采取质量保证和持续改进措施能够有效提升微生物检验质量,保证检验结果的准确性,值得临床推广应用。
        Objective To explore and analyze the quality assurance and continuous improvement measures of clinical microbiological examination. Methods 18738 cases of microbial specimens from January 2017 to July 2018 in our laboratory were selected. The experimental group and the control group were divided according to whether the clinical microbiological quality assurance and continuous improvement measures were taken. Among them, 9388 cases in the experimental group received quality assurance and continuous improvement measures for clinical microbiological examination; 9350 cases in the control group did not receive clinical microbiological quality assurance and continuous improvement measures, and compared the quality of microbiological tests between the two groups. Results The quality of clinical microbiological tests in the two groups was compared: the probability of quality problems in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Quality assurance and continuous improvement measures were taken in clinical microbiological testing. It can effectively improve the quality of microbiological examination and ensure the accuracy of the test results, which is worthy of clinical application.
