摘要
目的探讨番禺地区AB型献血人群中A_2B亚型的基因分型和分布频率的特征。方法使用单克隆抗-A/抗-B、抗-A_1、人源抗-A/抗-B等试剂,对本地区AB型献血人群开展A_2B亚型的筛查;采用PCR-SSP法对抗-A_1阴性样本的基因组DNA进行扩增,根据电泳图谱判断A_2B的基因分型。结果在834例经单克隆试剂定型AB型中筛检出44例血清学A_2B亚型,发生频率约为5.28%。基因分型检出15例A205和4例A201基因型,频率约为2.28%。结论本地区AB型献血人群中A_2B亚型存在A205和A201基因型。
        Objective To explore the genotype and distribution frequency of A_2B subtype among blood donors in Panyu district.Methods The screening of A_2B subtype among blood donors in Panyu district was taken through monoclonal anti-A/anti-B,anti-A_1 and human-derived anti-A/anti-B reagents.PCR-SSP was used to amplify the DNA of anti-A_1 negative samples,and the genotype of A_2B was decided according to the electrophoretogram.Results 44 A_2B subtype samples were screened out from 834 cases of AB type confirmed by monoclonal reagents,with the frequency of 5.28%.Genotypes were as follows:15 cases of A205,4 cases of A201,with the frequency of2.28%.Conclusions Among blood donors in Panyu district,the A_2B subtype includs A205 genotype and A201 genotype.
