摘要
南沙港铁路的修建将扩大广州南沙港区的直接腹地范围,有利于港口集装箱运输的"公转铁",极大缓解现有进出港道路的汽车运输压力。在阐述广州南沙港区现状及发展规划的基础上,运用SWOT分析方法从宏观政策、地理区位、集装箱箱源辐射范围等方面进行优势、劣势、机会和威胁的综合分析并进行量化处理。最后,通过AHP分析方法计算得到最优的策略结果为优势—机会策略,即在南沙港铁路建成之后,南沙港区凭借便捷的海铁联运,在粤港澳大湾区、"一带一路"倡议等宏观政策的影响下,发挥好自身独特的地理位置的优势,以实现集装箱运量的增长和多方经济效益的最大化。
Nansha Port Railway will be of great significance in relieving the pressure of road transport to enter or leave the port by facilitating transfer of containers from road to railway at the port, which will be expanded to the hinterland of Nansha Port, Guangzhou. Based on a summary of the development of Nansha Port, Guangzhou with SWOT analysis, this paper reviews the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats with quantized processing from the aspects of the macro policy, geographical location and coverage of container sources. With AHP analysis, the paper concludes with the advantageopportunity strategy or the optimal strategy: after the completion of Nansha Port Railway, Nansha Port should increase its volume of container transport and maximize its revenue through taking full advantage of its unique location and convenient rail-sea intermodal transport in the Greater Bay Area against the context of the "Belt and Road" Initiative.
