人际间社会支持对创新行为与绩效的影响——中美传统工作伦理比较

摘要
工作领域和家庭领域是员工创新的重要支持资源,以中国四川775名员工、美国阿肯色267名员工为研究对象,分析了人际间社会支持对创新行为和创新绩效的影响;并将新教伦理中"工作勤奋"维度、儒家伦理中"工作动力"维度作为调节变量,探讨它们在人际间社会支持对创新行为和创新绩效影响中的调节作用。研究发现:人际间社会支持对创新行为和创新绩效有显著的影响,新教"工作勤奋"呈正向的"放大"调节效应,儒家"工作动力"呈负向的"趋中"调节效应,体现了美国文化中的"马太效应"和中国文化中的"中庸思想"。
