两个品种小麦对重金属积累、转运及健康风险的差异分析

摘要
通过田间试验研究了两个小麦品种各部位对As、Hg、Ni和Cd累积特性,并用目标危害系数(THQ)法分析了其食用后可能产生的健康风险。结果表明,试验地表层土壤中As、Ni和Cd平均含量较中国土壤元素背景值分别超标1.34倍、0.45倍和1.87倍,而Hg低于该值,但所测的重金属含量均低于《土壤环境质量标准》Ⅱ级标准值和《绿色食品产地环境质量》中土壤污染物含量限值。供试的2个小麦品种籽粒和根、茎、叶中的4种被测重金属含量均分别符合国家食品安全标准限制值和有机肥料中重金属限量要求。As和Cd主要积累在根部,Hg仅见叶部,但总体上徐麦30的富集、转运重金属的能力大于保麦2号。其THQ和TTHQ值均小于1.0,表明食用供试小麦籽粒无被测重金属引起的潜在健康风险,但食用徐麦30籽粒的风险相对大于保麦2号。综合分析,保麦2号更适宜在重金属污染土壤上推广种植。
        A field experiment was carried out to study the accumulative characteristics of As, Hg, Ni and Cd in each part of 2 wheat varieties. Then their potential health risk after consumption was assessed by Target Hazard Quentients(THQ). The results showed that the average contents of As, Ni and Cd in tested surface soils were about1.34, 0.45 and 1.87 times higher compared with national background values of soil elements, respectively. While Hg content was lower than the value. But the contents of those detected heavy metals were all lower than the secondary standard values of environmental quality standard for soils and the limit values of green food-environmental quality for production area. The contents of 4 heavy metals in grains of 2 wheat varieties did not exceed the limit values of National Food Safety Standard, and those contents in roots, stems and leaves all conformed to the limit values of organic fertilizers. As and Cd mainly accumulated in roots in 2 wheat varieties, but Hg was only found in leaves. Altogether, the capacities for accumulation and translocation in Xumai 30 were larger than those in Baomai 2.THQ value and TTHQ value were both below 1.0, implying that these heavy metals through consumption of 2 wheat varieties had little potential health risk to human beings. But safety risk of 'Xumai 30' was to be slightly more than Baomai 2. Based of general analysis, Baomai 2 was more suitable for plantation in heavy mental contaminated soils.
