两种蓝舌病病毒ELISA抗体检测试剂盒的比较

摘要
为验证昆明海关检验检疫技术中心等单位联合研发的蓝舌病病毒B-ELISA抗体检测试剂盒(YN BTVB-ELISA)的临床适用性,将YN BTV B-ELISA检测试剂盒与法国ID.VET公司研制的蓝舌病病毒ELISA抗体检测试剂盒(ID.VET C-ELISA)进行比对检测试验。本试验对1 278份牛羊血清进行比对检测,另外对1份已知背景的阳性血清倍比稀释后进行检测,比较两种试剂盒的敏感性。结果显示:YN BTV B-ELISA检测试剂盒与ID.VET C-ELISA试剂盒的符合率、相对敏感性、相对特异性分别是99.92%、99.63%、100%;将两者一致性用Kappa值表示,Kappa=0. 998;YN BTV B-ELISA、ID.VET C-ELISA检测阳性血清效价的最低稀释倍数分别是1:128、1:16。试验表明,YN BTV B-ELISA检测试剂盒与ID.VET C-ELISA检测试剂盒的符合率、相对敏感性、相对特异性均较高,并且YN BTV B-ELISA检测试剂盒敏感性更高,在蓝舌病病毒抗体检测中具有良好的实用价值。
In order to verify the clinical applicability of bluetongue virus B-ELISA kit(YN BTV B-ELISA)developed by Inspection and Quarantine Technology Center of Kunming Customs and other units,a comparative analysis was carried out towards the kit and the one developed by ID.VET company in France. A total of 1 278 serum samples collected from cattle and sheep were tested,and one known positive serum sample was also tested after doubling dilution to compare the sensitivity of the two kinds of kits. Results showed that the coincidence rate,relative sensitivity and specificity of the two kits were 99.92%,99.63% and 100% respectively;when the consistency of the two kits was expressed by Kappa value,that was, Kappa=0.998;the minimum dilution ratio of positive serum titer detected by the two kits were 1:218 and 1:16 respectively. As a result,the coincidence rate,relative sensitivity and specificity of the two kits were high,especially the sensitivity of YN BTV B-ELISA kit was more higher, which provided practical value in detecting antibodies against BTV.
