摘要
活性艳蓝P-3R染料具有鲜艳的色泽以及较高的色牢度,但其染深性及提升力不佳。通过设计合成了四只蓝色活性染料,以P-3R的色基[1-氨基-2-磺酸-4-(3-氨基-2,4,6-三甲基-5-酸苯氨基)蒽醌钠盐]为主体,与活性基三聚氯氰反应,得到含有第一个活性基的二氯三嗪型活性染料,再分别与苯胺-2,5-二磺酸、1,5-酸、K酸、对位酯缩合,得到四只蓝色活性染料DK-A、DK-B、DK-C、DK-D。将所合成的四只染料与P-3R进行印花,对印花织物的得色量及色牢度进行对比分析。结果表明,DK-A、DK-C、DK-D得色量较P-3R有明显的提高;DK-B具有双活性基团,其得色量及固色率大大提高。通过色牢度检测进行对比,四只染料的耐洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度以及耐光色牢度均没有下降,与P-3R色牢度几乎没有差异。
Reactive brilliant Blue P-3 R dye has a bright color and high color fastness, but its deep dyeing property and lifting power are unsatisfactory. Four blue reactive dyes was designed and synthesized. The chromophore of P-3 R that 1-amino-2-sulfonic acid-4-(3-amino-2, 4, 6-trimethyl-5-phenylamino) anthraquinone sodium salt, was reacted with sym-triazine reactive group to prepare dichlorotriazine reactive dyes with one reactive group. Then they were reacted with Aniline-2, 5-disulfonic acid, 2-naphthylamine-1, 5-disulfonic acid mono sodium salt, 4-amino-5-hydroxynaphthalene-1, 7-disulfonic acid and para-ester. Four blue reactive dyes that DK-A, DK-B, DK-C and DK-D, were obtained. The four dyes and P-3 R were printed on fabric, and the dye yield and the color fastness of fabric were contrastive analyzed. The results showed that the fabric printed by DK-A, DK-C and DK-D were higher than fabric printed by P-3 R. The DK-B possessed double active groups, and its dye yield and fixation rate were greatly improved. The washing fastness, light fastness, friction fastness and light fastness of the four dyes had no decrease, and were not significantly different than P-3 R fastness.
