探讨中医护理干预对改善糖尿病患者血糖及心理状况的效果

摘要
目的:中医护理干预对改善糖尿病患者血糖及心理状况的效果进行探讨和研究。方法:此试验选择的69例糖尿病患者均来自于本院,收治时间为2017年12月—2018年10月,经电脑随机分组,对照组34例应用常规护理干预,试验组35例应用中医护理干预,对比两组患者血糖水平改善情况以及干预前后心理状况。结果:在护理前,两组患者糖化血红蛋白、餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖等血糖指标对比差异无统计学意义,且所有患者PAID―5、WHO―5等心理状况评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),经过护理后,两组患者糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖等血糖指标均得到明显降低,PAID―5评分也得到明显降低,WHO―5评分得到明显提升,但试验组患者糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖等血糖指标均明显低于对照组,而PAID―5评分也明显低于对照组,WHO―5评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:中医护理干预对改善糖尿病患者血糖及心理状况具有显著的效果,不仅可以有效改善患者糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖等血糖指标,还可以引导患者及时调整心理状况,有助于稳定血糖水平,对提升患者生存和生活质量具有十分深远的价值与意义,可指导患者养成良好的生活和饮食习惯,促进患者预后康复,值得大量推广应用在糖尿病患者中。
Objective: To explore and study the effect of TCM nursing intervention on improving blood sugar and psychological status of diabetic patients. Methods: 69 patients with diabetes mellitus selected from this experiment were from our hospital. The treatment time was from December 2017 to October 2018. They were randomly divided into groups by computer. 34 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, and 35 patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention. The blood glucose levels of the two groups and the psychological status before and after the intervention were compared. Results: Before the treatment, there was no difference in glycemic hemoglobin, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, fasting blood glucose and other blood glucose indexes between the two groups, and there was no statistically significant difference in the psychological status scores of PAID-5 and WHO-5 in all patients(P > 0.05). After the nursing, the glycemic hemoglobin, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, fasting blood glucose and other blood glucose indexes of the two groups were significantly reduced, the PaiD-5 score was also significantly reduced, and the WHO-5 score was significantly improved. the blood glucose levels such as 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose of the experimental group of patients were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the PaiD-5 score was also significantly lower than that in the control group. the WHO-5 score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). conclusion: traditional chinese medicine nursing intervention had significant effects on improving blood sugar and psychological status of diabetic patients. It could not only effectively improve glycemic hemoglobin, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, fasting blood glucose and other blood glucose indicators, but also guide patients to adjust their psychological status in time and help to stabilize. The blood sugar level had far-reaching value and significance for improving the patient's survival and quality of life. it could guide patients to develop good living and eating habits and promote the prognosis of patients. It was worthy of popularization and application in diabetic patients.
