载脂蛋白E基因多态性与心脑血管疾病患者C反应蛋白水平相关性分析

摘要
目的探讨心脑血管疾病患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与载脂蛋白E基因多态性的关联性。方法应用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)技术和限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)技术,在236例健康对照人群和278例心脑血管疾病患者中观察其载脂蛋白E基因多态性的分布并测定血浆hs-CRP水平。结果在受试人群中,Apo E基因多态性分布有一定差异,Apo Eε3在对照组中所占比例较多,而Apo Eε4则在心脑血管疾病患者中所占比例较多,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。血浆hs-CRP水平,在携带Apo Eε4的患者中较高(P <0. 05)。结论载脂蛋白E4等位基因在心脑血管疾病患者中的比例较高,同时携带Apo Eε4基因型的患者血浆hs-CRP水平增高,Apo Eε4患者体内炎症水平较高,可能是导致其心脑血管疾病发病率增高的原因之一。
        Objective To study the interaction between the apolipoprotein E( Apo E) genotype and C-reactive protein( CRP) and its association with the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. Methods In this study,data from 278 patients with Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease( 160 patients with cardiovascular and 118 patients with cerebrovascular disease were evaluated,including longitudinal measures of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein( hs-CRP),Apo E genotypes based on the SNPs rs7412 and rs429358 were extracted from exome sequencing data. Results Apo Eε4 genotype was higher in the patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,and Apo Eε4 genotype carriers had higher hs-CRP levels( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In this study,inflammation biomarker hs-CRP level in participants with Apo E4 is higher and associated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. Rigorously treating inflammation based on genetic risk could be effective for the prevention and intervention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
