乳腺导管原位癌伴微浸润的临床及影像学特征

<正>近几十年来,乳腺癌的发病率呈上升趋势。乳腺导管原位微小浸润(DCISM)定义为导管原位癌(DCIS),肿瘤细胞浸润基底膜,直径<1 mm~([1]),美国癌症委员会(AJCC)称为微浸润乳腺癌。与DCIS相比,DCISM具有更高的远处转移风险~([2])。尽管在临床实践中诊断出更多的DCIS,但DCISM并不常见,其发病率不到乳腺癌的1%。以往的研究主要集中在DCISM的
