摘要

介绍全国名老中医谢晶日教授对于消渴病的诊疗经验,谢师认为消渴病在治疗上立足于肝脾,从脏腑相互关系入手,着重调和脏腑,佐以疏肝解郁,益气健脾之法。根据患者病情、证候进行对症调理,治疗效果显著。诊断强调四诊合参;随证变通,加以心理疏导,饮食调养;用药精当,讲求补而不滞,刚柔相济,升降平衡,巧用药对,精于配伍。
        Professor Xie jingri believes that the treatment of consumptive thirst based on the liver and spleen, starting from the relationship between zang-fu viscera, focusing on the harmony of zang-fu viscera, with the method of soothing the liver to relieve depression and invigorating qi and spleen. According to the patient's condition and syndrome, the effect of treatment is remarkable. He emphasizes comprehensive analysis of data gained by four diagnostic methods and adjusts treatment methods with the syndrome. He also carries on the psychological dredging and guides the patients to have a proper diet. Professor Xie is good at using drugs, stressing complement but not stagnation, combining rigidity and softness, balancing ascent and descent, skillfully using drugs and being good at compatibility.
