摘要
基于云南电网所属变电站现行安全工器具管理方法,结合物联网技术,设计一种变电站安全工器具管理系统。从多角度全方位对系统的功能进行考虑和设计,包括要采用信息编码技术对安全工器具进行一一对应的二维码编码,形成其全周期内的唯一标识,所有的活动都要通过读取该二维码来进行;同时,利用扫描技术实现安全工器具的辨识查询,具有系统自动提醒、实时信息滚动显示等技术手段,可提升安全工器具管理效率。
        Based on current management method of safety apparatus in substation of Yunnan Power Grid,combined with the technology of Internet of things that had been applied in large scale,a kind of management system of safety apparatus for substation was designed.The system function was consider and designed from many angles and all directions,including one-to-one QR code coding for safety tools using information coding technology which formed a unique identifier for its full cycle and all activities were performed by reading the QR code.At the same time,the scanning technology was used to realize the identification and query of safety equipment.The system had automatic reminder,real-time information rolling display and other technical means,which could improve the management efficiency of safety tools.
