三维荧光结合二阶校正方法快速检测奶粉中多类雌激素

摘要
雌激素作为一种类固醇激素,因其对野生动物和人体健康具有巨大的潜在危害而引起广泛的关注。另外有研究表明雌激素极有可能对婴儿和青少年的生长发育造成严重影响,尽管目前尚无直接证据,但多国政府已给予了高度重视。人类摄入雌激素的来源众多,其中乳制品是主要来源。因此对奶粉中残留雌激素的快速、高效检测十分必要。在本文中,利用交替三线性分解(ATLD)的二阶校正算法对三维荧光光谱数据进行了解析,实现了对奶粉中雌酮、雌二醇和雌三醇的直接快速定量测定。该方法无需对样品进行复杂繁琐的分离提取步骤,运用"数学分离"替代了传统的"物理分离",充分体现了其独有的二阶优势。此外,荧光检测灵敏度高、选择性好,能实现对痕量物质的准确定量,并往往能得到较为满意的分析结果。最后,运用了LC-MS/MS进行了方法验证,进一步证明该方法能成功用于对奶粉中雌激素的检测。
In recently years,estrogen,as a steriod hormone,has attracted extensive concern due to its potential hazards to wildlife and human health.The source of intaking estrones are numerous,milk products are the main source among them.Hence,the rapid and efficient detection of estrone in milk powder is essential.In this paper,alternating trilinear decomposition(ATLD) algorithm based on second-order calibration has been utilized for the direct and rapid determination of estrone,estradiol and estriol in milk powder,coupled with the excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy.Meanwhile,the proposed method could aviod tanglesome extraction procedures by using "mathematical separation" instead of conventional "physical separation",which incisively and vividly thoroughly show the unique "second order advantage".Finally,the comparison with LC-MS/MS in respect of algorithm and methodology,further proved that the proposed method can be applied for the detection of estrones in milk powder successfully.
