摘要
本研究主要探讨了焦点解决心理教练技术在老年人群积极心理干预中的实践应用及效果评价。初步结论为:1)基于焦点解决心理教练技术(SOCREM,刻度化发问、结果发问、应对发问、刻度化发问、例外发问与奇迹发问)及教练五步流程(建立亲和、达成共识、澄清目标、挖掘资源、交换反馈)而开发形成的RICK(Readiness、Importance、Confidence、Knowledge)健康行为改变晤谈工具具有较好的操作性,非心理学专业背景医护人员接受3天短程培训及提供后续定期督导能较好地应用于实践,同时研究发现医护人员采用焦点解决取向自我教练能减少自身职业倦怠水平及提升积极情绪。2)根据"成功老龄化"四个干预维度(控制慢病、维持功能、参与社会、感知幸福)而设计的心理干预实践中,焦点解决心理教练技术应用被证明能够在短期显著提升被干预老年人群的积极情绪、慢性病自我管理能力、感知社会支持水平及社会活动参与度。今后将采用更严格的实验设计,侧重从微观分析角度进一步探讨焦点解决心理教练技术的起效机制及探讨如何提升长期干预效果进而帮助老年人提升晚年生活品质,达到安养乐活善终的目的。
This study was focused on the application and evaluation of solution-focused psychological coaching in the elderly population in the positive intervention. Preliminary conclusions: 1) based on the solution-focused psychological coaching skills(SOCREM, scaling question, outcome question, coping question, scaling question, exception question and miracle question) and five-step SF coaching process(establishing rapport, engaging expectations, elaborating desired future, exploring strategies, exchanging feedback), RICK(Readiness, Importance, Confidence, Knowledge) health behavior change tools has formed and has good maneuverability. non-psychological background of medical staffs received 3 days short-term training can be better applied in practice, while medical staffs who used solution-focused self-coaching can help themselves reducing job burnout levels. 2) based on the "successful aging" intervention in four dimensions(control of chronic diseases, maintain the function, participation in society, perception of happiness) and the design of positive intervention practices, solution-focused psychological coaching technique has been proven to significantly improve positive emotion of elderly, chronic disease self-management skills, perceived level of social support and participation in social activities. micro-analysis of solution-focused psychological coaching will be researched, how to improve the long-term positive effect. thereby helping the elderly to enhance the quality of life in old age.
