摘要
<正>利用聚乙烯醇水溶液成膜后在冷冻或加热条件下可自身或通过交联剂聚合的特点,发展了一种普适性亲水作用色谱(HILIC)固定相快速制备技术。其普适性表现为如下三个方面:色谱基质原则上可以为任何基质类型,比如硅胶、二氧化钛、二氧化锆、石墨碳等;在聚乙醇溶液中掺杂特定试剂而在聚乙烯醇成膜聚合后得到中性、酸性、碱性的HILIC固定相;该方法还可拓展制备出亲水反相固定相、离子色谱固定相、亲和色谱模式。相对于传统固定相制备繁琐、冗长的过程,上述制备
