多重乳液法制备维生素C微胶囊

摘要
本文以壳聚糖为壁材,维生素C溶液为芯材,采用多重乳液法制备维生素C微胶囊。考察了外层水相和内乳液的质量比,外相乳化剂tween20的用量,壳聚糖溶液的浓度和搅拌时间等因素对维生素C微胶囊微观形貌的影响。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、热重分析仪(TGA)和紫外分光光度计对维生素C微胶囊的结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:当外层水相和内乳液的质量比为2:1;外相乳化剂tween-20用量为3%;壳聚糖溶液浓度为2%;搅拌时间为15min时,维生素C微胶囊的粒径为69-117μm,包覆率为5.248%。红外光谱证明壳聚糖已成功的包覆维生素C。紫外光谱结果表明维生素C微胶囊在水溶液和模拟胃液中均具有良好的缓释效果。
Vitamin C microcapsules were prepared through multiple emulsion method using chitosan as wall materials and Vitamin C solution as core materials.Several factors including the mass ratio between outer phase and inner emulsion;the amount of outer emulsifier;the concentration of chitosan solution and the mixing time were considered to investigate their influence on the microtopography of microcapsules.We use the fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),thermogravimetricanalysis(TGA) and ultraviolet spectroscopy to observe its constituents and performance.As a result,the mass ratio of inner and outer phases is 2:1;the amount of outer emulsifier is 3%;the concentration of chitosan solution is 2%;mixing time is 15 min.The particle diameter is 69-117μm.The coating rate is 5.248%.FTIR spectrum suggests the successful encapsulation of Vitamin C solution.Ultraviolet spectroscopy indicates good slow-release property of Vitamin C microcapsules in aqueous solution and simulated gastric fluid.
