基于GC×GC-TOFMS技术分析枪管、弹壳以及手部的有机射击残留物

摘要
本文建立了全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱分析枪管、弹壳和手部射击残留物中的有机组分分析方法,得到了射击残留物中有机组分分布的二维点阵图。结合谱库检索及文献报道,对射击残留物中有机组分进行了准确定性。其中,该研究鉴定出枪管中的55种射击残留物有机组分,弹壳中的34种射击残留物有机组分,手部的37种射击残留物有机组分,并分析了每种有机残留物的来源。为射击残留物中的有机组分的准确定性提供了新的技术手段,并为确定犯罪嫌疑人、炸药种类和事故发生时间提供了技术支持。与普通一维色谱相比,全二维气相色谱在射击残留物中的有机组分分析上体现了很大优势。
An analytical method for separating and identifying volatile organic gunshot residues using comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography(GC×GC) coupled to time of flight mass spectrometry method(TOFMS). Volatile organic gunshot residues on the hand and in the barrel and cartridges after shooting were detected and identified by MS database comparison and literature reports. Fifty-seven, thirty four and thirty seven compounds were identified in the barrel, in the cartridges and on the hand, respectively, and it was observed that the final compositional characteristics of each residue were strongly dependent on its source. The method was successfully applied to identify the volatile organic gunshot residues. The method also provided technical for detecting residual materials released during firearm discharges to identify a person involved in a gunfire event, estimate a shooting distance, determine the ammunition type or to estimate the time elapsed since discharge in the forensic investigation of criminal cases. Compared with the conventional method, gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry(GC×MS), the GC × GC-TOFMS method illustrated the obvious advantages for volatile organic gunshot residues.
